In my many years of experience, it’s the boilers that have not been regularly serviced that have had an issue go unnoticed, until it’s too late and it’s beyond economical repair.
As standard I will also check the rest of your system if you wish, to see if it’s operating at it’s optimal level.
I can also carry out landlord inspections and if you have multiple properties we can provide excellent discount to look after them all.

SYSTEM FLUSHING
Circulation issues can be due to a quite a few things, customers are often told that the system needs flushing out when it doesn’t. I will never recommend work that you do not need.
Amongst other issues it can be as simple as a failing pump or a slightly trickier localised blockage, the root cause of this can be incorrect configuration of the system,. We will ascertain where the problem lies and advise what we need to do to fix and prevent re-occurrence.
It may need flushing out to get it running at its best, if so there are a few options depending on what type of system you have. You can count on me advise the best course of action for you.
